Hello,
Is there a way to configure it so that if a form is filled out a certain way, it generates an email to the customer once submitted, but if the form is filled out a different way, it does not send them an email? The only option I see for manipulating the emails is to change the recipient, but I want to stop the sending altogether under certain circumstances.
Is this possible? :)

Yes. It is possible to send a notification/auto-responder conditionally by setting up email logic on your form. Please note that the conditionally set emails will be sent only if the set condition is true.
Please refer to the guide below that can help you with setting up conditions for emails.

Hope this information helps!

I saw that guide, but it doesn't appear to allow you to NOT send an email on some conditions - only to change recipients based on answers (but there always has to BE a recipient). If there's a way to make it not send at all on some conditions, I can't figure it out - can you please explain in more detail?
Thanks! :)

By default, if the condition is not met, then the autoresponder or notification will not be sent.
For example, I have a condition that if the Name field is filled, then the autoresponder will be sent to the email address.
If the user does not fill the name, then the condition is not met. The autoresponder will not be sent.
Simply make sure that the conditions are not fulfilled so that the autoresponder email is not sent to the user.
Here's my demo form so you can see it in action: https://form.jotform.com/70288372267968. If you do not fill up the name field, the autoresponder will not send.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
