How Can I Keep My Email Off The Bounce List?

How can I keep my email off the bounce list?

I've removed it dozens of times and it keeps getting back on there!

It's getting ridiculous and I'm thinking of finding another form builder company.

Please help!

Usually an email address gets added to the bounce list if the recipient's inbox is full, their mail server was unavailable, or if the notifications are being constantly rejected the recipient's email service provider. Please see our guide here on How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues.

If you have SMTP credentials, I would suggest using SMTP instead to make sure your mail server doesn't reject the emails. Here's our guide on How to Setup SMTP for a Form.
