    Greetings,

I created a form where individuals could each upload a total of 5 hi-res jpg's and I have a total of 141 (or 142) submissions.

When in the "View Submissions" page, I've tried clicking the "Download All Uploads" function, hoping it will download the nearly 700 submitted images at once. It tells you to check your email and follow the link to download. I get that email, and I click it to download, it goes through its downloading process and tries to generate a .zip folder (in this case it looks like it creates a part 1 and part 2 since there are so many) but when I try to extract the files once its finished, it says that it's not open-able.

The zipped file shows up as: "vcphoto-2017-01-29-12-36-pm.part1.rar" in my downloads folder - which leads me to believe that it isn't finished downloading (since you usually see that "part" note on files when it's still in the process of downloading) but my browser shows that the download is complete.

Thoughts? Suggestions? I've love to figure this out..

    Thank you!

    -Joshua

There does seem to be a lot of files, which is why it takes some time for the download to complete. Can you please try partially downloading the submissions instead? Here's a guide on How to Download the Submission Files

    1. Click the gear icon

    2. Select custom time frame

    3. Set the time frame and click OK.

It wont let me use the Download all uploads feature Screenshot 20

Then you can click "Download Uploads in Time Range"

If the issue persists, please let us know.
    Regards.
