I have a bride that has submitted her wedding contract twice now but I haven't received it. They aren't emailed to me and they are not on my page when I visit the website.

I checked your account email history and it looks like only one notification was sent this month.
However, I checked your Wedding Contract form and it looks like there are 2 incomplete submissions, both with the same details. These might be the submission that you are referring to. The submitter may have not completed the payment, which is why their submission is in the Incomplete Payments folder. You can check out this guide for more info: How to view incomplete payments
Please note that completing these submissions will NOT process any payment. They will have to resubmit the form and complete the payment to make sure that their submission is completed.
