For some reason today your email system doesn't seem to be working... I'm no longer getting notifications when people fill in my form and click submit... I haven't been on here or changed a single thing but today they haven't been working..im getting no email with the form details in like I normally get.
Secondly I tried to log into my account to check whats happening and I couldn't remember my password so when I put my email into the password reset thing it said it successfully sent me an email... but I'm not getting those email. Iv tried it several times but I'm getting 0 password reset emails. Not in my inbox or my junk folder so something is clearly wrong with the email system at the moment and that's frustrating because my ebay business needs this form to operate properly and when it doesn't work its very frustrating. Especially since I pay a monthly fee for this.

I checked your email address and found it in our bounce list with the error code given by hotmail:Reason(s) : smtp; 550 SC-001 (SNT004-MC6F18)
It looks like an error for bouncing emails coming from dynamic IP addresses, as claimed by the error code. But this may be a temporary glitch. I have removed your email from the bounce list and also made a password reset request on your behalf. Please check your inbox or your spam folder for the instructions.

Thank you. I just tested my form again by filling it out myself and I got the email notification from it now :) so whatever you did seems to have worked.

IM still having an issue with this... the email notifications when people fill out my form arnt sending to my email address again and every time I log onto your website I get a message popping up on screen that a recent email sent to email@example.com has bounced. Click here to remove yourself from the bounce list. I have done that 3 times now but everytime I log on again later I get the message again.

I checked your email and it is no longer in our bounce list. I think you already removed it. To avoid your email ending up in our bounce list, please see How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues

Hi there. My email address randomly again ended up in your bounce list. Which explains why iv been getting no notifications again today. Can you please let me know why this keeps happening? iv removed it about 5 times now but randomly my notifications stop and when I log on here I get the message that I'm in the bounce list again. Its frustrating, especially when I'm paying for this service.
