Why is my vendor form going to PayPal?

    I have created a couple of basic conditions:

    If the "Are you selling anything during our event?" field is set to NO, the PayPal section remains hidden. If set to YES, it is displayed. By default, the one product for $50 is not selected. However, in either case, the form forwards to PayPal.

    1.) We expected the form to submit and forward to the Thank You page if the non-required PayPal option is hidden. However, it forwards to PayPal even when hidden. How can we force the form to submit when PayPal is hidden?

    2.) When PayPal appears, it is forcing the user to create an account. Can we set it to simply accept credit cards from non-PayPal users?

    3.) Jotforms appears to generate a popup when it's time to go to PayPal, which is blocked by many browsers. Can we avoid popups?
