Why my forms are disabled?

    You automatically disabled my form. I did send a response but have not heard from you. I use the forms on our school website www.valleytutorcentre.org.za

    I've checked your account and I've seen that your account has been auto-suspended by our automatic anti-phishing system. 

    As I've seen you have deleted most of your forms from your account. If you have requested password, username or credit card information from your users in your forms, your account might be auto-suspended for these reasons.     All in all, I've re-activated your account as I did not find any suspicious activities in your account.
