Rating scale doesn't appier on PDF version

Dear,

We are making an employee evaluation form for evaluation and self-evaluation of our employees.
But we want to be able to print an unfilled form in pdf.
But the option "beoordelingsschaal" (rating scale) won't appear correctly on a pdf.

Is it possible to correct this default?

From the screenshot you sent us, I'm assuming you're creating a PDF Form.

Sadly, that's just how it works by default and was designed that way. This is mainly because PDF forms are quite limited to begin with so the Scale Rating falls back to a traditional Textbox field instead.
