This only seems to allow 10 uses for one email address in a 25 hour period across numerous forms. Our user submit at least 15 forms on an annual basis and this will not work for us. How can we resolve this issue?

Unfortunately, this is how the widgets function to the form. Alternatively, you can check other widgets available that will suit your requirements.

There is no other option in this list other than a $100 Xverify widget. Please could you help us to solve this issue. We have plans to grow our business with you from 2 accounts currently to at least 4, but need this issue resolved in order to do so or we will have to consider alternative options. I love Jotform and do not want to go elsewhere

I am able to replicate the issue. You get an error like this when you want to try the same email for the 11th time:
This is the widget default by design. I am now escalating a feature request that allows the same email to be verified more than 10 times. You'll be notified through this thread if the feature is implemented.
