My form can not send autoresponders

    hi- im trying to roll out a new form, but seems the auto responder is not working,


    any reason why? it was working till yesterday?


    I have multiple auto responders which will be sent based on the selection

    I've checked your account and your forms.

    I've found an issue in your autoresponder email settings in your form named "PLACE Utilities Registration Form QCP 17.15".

    You can not set as "none" to Reply-to Email field in the Autoresponder as you can see the screenshot below:

    You need to write your own email address "".

    Moreover, I have found another issue in your conditions that you have changed the email autoresponder. The value you have set to the Email address field is wrong. You should have set {billingEmail} instead of {billingEmail9} to the Email field as you can see the screenshot below:


    I've changed one of them related to the option of "1 Lake Plaza" as an example and I've received the related autoresponder finally as you can see the screenshot below:

    Please change the other email settings and conditions. If the issue still persists, let us know.
