Whenever someone fills this form out to pay for a deposit, we dont get it emailed to us. The payment comes through from paypal with confirmation but i have to log into Jotform to read the form they filled in.
This has been working for a long time but has within the last month or 2 has stopped working

I have checked the email address in your form and noticed it is in our bounce list, here's the reason for that:

If the problem persists and you cannot receive emails, you should consider to set up your sender email using the SMTP method, this way you will have more control over how the emails are sent and will be able to use you'r own mail server info.
