We recently reached our previous quota of 100 submissions per month but has since liked and shared you on social media which has supposedly earned us an extra 90 submissions (as per our account details). I'm assuming this just hasn't translated to our form usage. Please help as we currently rely on these forms for job sheets to send over to our customers. I also read up on your forum that removing the 's' in the url of the form will remove the security and allow it to submit over 20 submissions but it would not allow me to remove the 's'. The post in the forum was 4 years ago so maybe the way you do this has changed since...

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.
I have checked your account and found that you have completed the tasks to increase your submissions, I have re-enabled the account now so your form should be loading fine now.
