    Hi team,

I use jotform to update infusionsoft contact, however, some of the fields are not matching properly, here are some screenshots

    integration: https://www.screencast.com/t/gaCvrZcDuIT

    end result: https://www.screencast.com/t/5VQItPFSFxKK

the end result is actually from other fields in the form. I am wondering why jotform does not match the fields as required. please assist thanks

    Hi,

I have checked your form (70032627240848) and Infusionsoft Integration. I have also checked the screenshots.

According to my understanding 'First Name' and 'Last Name' fields in the integration should match with 'Owner Name' field in the form.

You can change the fields in the integration with correct fields. Please look at the following image:

Please change the form fields in dropdown menu (LastName and FirstName) with correct form fields in the form. After that, please try again. If the issue still persists, please inform us.

We'll be awaiting for your reply.

    Thank you.

hi olivia, thanks for the update. I deliberately need to update the infusionsoft first name and last name with other fields in jotform (owners name in jotform is not what I need to match with infusionsoft). is there any way to do it? please kindly advise.

Go into the edit mode of your form, click on Integrations, click on the InfusionSoft integration, and click on "Edit integration":

It looks like your response has not been posted on the thread. Here it is for reference.

Thanks for the help, this was how i did it in the first place and thought it should work however it did not. That is why i am here seeking for help. Any chance you could please advise what could have gone wrong?

I have checked the form integration and see that some of the fields are matched to Strata Plan Number field. Could you try removing these incorrectly matched fields and then match the fields again to see if that works? Let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to take a look again.

By the way, what is the software you are using for screen capture video/gif, looks pretty awesome, it may help me out to explain the situation better too if i start using it thanks

LiceCap is the software we use to capture the screen. You can download it from the link below.
