We keep getting notices that email@example.com is on your bounce list. This is an active email and one we receive all of our forms through. Please update me ASAP on why we are no longer receiving form submissions to this email.

Your email address is getting added to bounce list, because your recipient email is rejecting our email notifications. Make sure to check your spam folder, and mark any JotForm email as NOT SPAM.
