    Hi,

We are evaluating  JotForm for our company. So far we like it and will upgrade to a paid level.

I have set up a form labeled "Manager Report" which has been set to notify 4 emails when submitted.  At this time when the form is submitted, only the first email on the list gets notified.

Am i doing something wrong or do I have to get a paid version to email more than one person?

    Thanks

    Stan Bialecki

I checked our email logs for the addresses in your most form and the notifications have indeed been failing.  It looks like some of your addresses were rejecting the emails as spam.  When enough were rejected, it resulted in those addresses being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.

I removed the addresses from the list and the notifications should attempt to send once again.  For more information on how to prevent this from happening again in the future, please see the following guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Setup-Email-Alerts-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

If you believe other email addresses are on our bounce list, you can remove them from your end:

On a side, note, SBC tends to be quite strict with filtering.  If you want to use multiple SBC addresses, I would recommend sending the notifications from your own address via SMTP:
