How to change the billing credit card in my account?

    Hi the card that was used to pay has expired can I provide another one

    Your subscription was cancelled as per your request in this thread:

    Updating your credit card information would create a new subscription.  If you do not wish to upgrade again, there is no need to update your billing information.

    Hi Ive updated my credit card details and cancelled the subscription should I now get a refund

    Hi Steve,

    Your money is refunded after canceled your subscription. I have checked our logs and I can see your return is completed.

    If you have still can not receive your return, please contact your own credit card provider.
