For the third time now, my account says it's been suspended for some reason. I can log in via my mobile device but not on my laptap. I cleared the Cached files and reset my password, but it's still saying that my account has been suspended. Why does this keep happening and can you fix it so it doesn't happen anymore?

"Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately."
Asking for login credentials is not allowed. If you agree to have that form deleted, we can reactivate your account. Let us know if you have more questions.

a better way to keep track of the pages our customers were visiting on our
website, but never ended up using that form.
