I need an order form that is password protected for each customer

I need an order form to be password protected so that depending on the customer that logs in, their address is prepopulated with their address.  The order form will contain the same products for all customers.  So, each customer is seeing the same form, but depending on who logs in, it will populate the form submission with their address.

I am afraid that this is not currently possible with built-in JotForm features.

We do not have membership features provided with our web forms.
