Update Form for Website

My jotform quit working for my website on Spacecrafted and I need it fixed ASAP! If someone could call me or email me that would be wonderful. 

I have checked and your account is overlimit. because of that your form is disabled and it is not shown on your website. As free user you can receive up to 100 submissions per month and this month you received 105 submissions. Because of that your account is overlimit. 

You can upgrade your account to any of the paid plans to get higher limits and to enable your form immediately. You can find more about different account types on our pricing page.

However if you don't want to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which will be on every first day of the following month.

I also saw that email address of your account is in the bounce list. Our system gave following result:

info@inspirewellnessaustin.com is IN the bounce list 

Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.1  Recipient not found.

I have removed your email address from the bounce list.
