I use your Free Form because I do not have enough business to upgrade to a paid account. I don't mind you making the forms limited since I've received my free 100 of that free account.
BUT, I do suggest you give me access to my reports. If you ever want me to be a paid customer or recommend you to others (which I have) then trying to strong arm me into purchasing an account that is a waste of my money since I don't use it but once this year.
In two more days another month rolls around and according to your plans another 100 reports become available. It's silly of you to cause bad customer relations for two more days.
Please advise me where I can retrieve my reports.

I checked your account and it is in over limit status. You already reached the 100 submission limit for the Free user. The monthly limit reset will be on February 01, 2017. The form views and submission will be back to 0.
May I ask what reports are you referring to? Are you talking about viewing your submissions? Or would you like to receive more submissions for this month?
We'll wait for your reply. Thank you.
- LaDairAnswered on January 30, 2017 at 02:45 PMLike I said I don't mind if you disable the forms if I go over 100 submissions.
But those 100 reports for the month of Jan I want. I was waiting until the end of Jan to download the reports that had the emails that submitted.
It sounds like you are saying that every month the reports or email lists go back to zero. If that is true, that is plain stupid. If that is not true then I apologize.
I got your email about the account I went up to capture the emails (reports) that made up that 100 submissions. It said I have none.
In essence if this is true you just lost me over 100 emails, which upsets me and makes me realize I need to find a simple stand alone form program.
So please let me know where my emails (reports) are that made up that 100 and triggered your suspension.

Keep in mind that if your account is over limit, you won't be able to download submissions with attachment files.
I have give you 20 extra submissions to activate your account in good status. Can you please try again what you're doing?
The monthly limit reset won't remove your 100 submissions. However, for free user, the submission storage limit is 500 only. It means that you can only store 500 submissions in your account. If you reach the limit for the submission storage, the old submissions will be deleted to make a new room for the new submissions.
Here's a guide how to download your submissions: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF
Hope that helps. Thank you.
- LaDairAnswered on January 30, 2017 at 03:46 PMThank you for clearing that up for me.

You're welcome. Please keep in mind that we can only do this once. You need to watch your submission manually in order to avoid issue like this.
Please contact us again if you need help. Cheers!
