Why is my form not working?

    Or Jotform stopped. I think we still qualify for the Free. We have considerably less than 100 forms a month. Is this true?

    I have checked and you have received 30 submissions this month. However your account is overlimit because of Form Views. Free account can have up to 1,000 form views per month and this month your form was viewed 1053 times. Because of this your form is disabled.

    You can upgrade your account to any of the paid plans to get higher limits and to enable your form immediately. You can find more about different account types on our pricing page.

    However if you don't want to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which will be on every first day of the following month.
