I'm assuming you're referring to the first form that my colleague, KadeJM, moved to your account, nolangrose.
That form has 4 Submissions with file uploads while the one I moved doesn't have any submissions yet.
I've fixed this now so please give it another try. In case the issue persists, let us know.
