Cancellation of account

    I have requested three times now for this account to be cancelled. 

    It has not been done and we have now been charged for another monthly instalment. 

    Please CANCEL this account and refund our latest payment.

    As per your request, I have canceled your active monthly Bronze plan and refunded your latest payment.
