How to change the header image in my form?

    We used a template to create our jot form and uploading our images it still is showing the previous company's logo. We have deleted the logo but it still continues to show. Also how do we get this form uploaded to our site through GoDaddy?

    I have checked your forms and found that they are using two different kind of header images, one is using the image field and the other one has been applied through the designer tool. 

    To change the header image for the image field you only need to open your form in the form builder, click on the image and wizard icon:

    Then, remove  the image and add a new one:

    To change the image added through the designer then you only need to click on its icon on the top toolbar and then on the advanced designer button:

    Once there, go to the form cover section and either replace  or remove  the image:
