We keep get the message that we are on the Bounce List

We have clicked on the message a number of time that we are on the Bounce List and we are still not getting all of our JotForms submissions?

Why are we on the list....and How can we get off of it?

Please refer to our user guide on How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List  to check and remove our emails that could be in bounce list.

Also, to make sure the form emails were properly set, check the guide on how to prevent email bounce issue.
