how am I over quota!?! HELP ASAP!

    My clients need to fill out this form and we can't get it to work. 

    I deleted all the forms and I thought I got 100 submissions a month?

     

    I need this work as soon as possible please!!!

    If you meant you deleted Form Submissions, then you only freed up your Total Submission Storage for the entire account.

    I thought I got 100 submissions a month?

    Yes, you're correct - Your free plan can accommodate 100 submissions per month and that's the limit that you reached. You're currently at 102 Submissions.

    Going back, deleting submissions will never reset your monthly limit count back to zero. It will only reset back to zero on the 1st day of each month. What you essentially freed up is your Total Submission Storage (which is capped at 500 in total for free plan users).

    It's worth mentioning that you can perform some tasks in order to increase your Submission Limits per month. Just head over to this page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/getMore and pick one.
