Once again, having an issue with a form I already submitted for. It is not auto-populating into the integrated spreadsheet.Page URL:

I checked from our end and though the integration is connected, the form is no longer authorized to forward data. Removing the integration and adding it back once again should fully reconnect the sheet.
We have updated our API since the last time this issue occurred, hopefully it will not return with the updated integration.
