I cannot get my form calculation to work

I cannot get my form calculation to work. Please help! It's showing up with 2 extra 0's at the end, and not adding when choosing more than 1 option. It's just adding the extra numbers to the end.

I also cannot delete my fields inside the form calculation widget, even after I delete and re add the module.
