The email address is email@example.com I even tried using my personal email that is firstname.lastname@example.org and still got the pop-up. We receive emails from other sources at both email addresses but have not been receiving notifications from Jotform.

I checked your email and it ended in our Bounce list and the reason is below:Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP
I removed it from the Bounce list so you should be able to receive submissions now. I would advise you to check this guide on how to prevent such problems in future, also, here is how to check and remove emails from the Bounce list.
Also, I checked your other email and it was in the Bounce list as well, here is the reason:Reason(s) : smtp; 554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<421 4.4.0 Unable to lookup DNS for fowlervilleub.org>
I removed that one as well.
