I am no longer in need of the subscription plan that we have. I would like to downgrade to the free plan as that will be more than we need right now. The subscription just renewed on January 6th, 2017 for the year. Will I be refunded for the part of the year that I did not use?

Since you were using Paypal payment in your account subscription plan, please cancel the subscription payment in your Paypal account as well.

We will be able to issue the full refund of the last JotForm subscription payment once you have cancelled it on your paypal.
