Tried to downgrade last month

    i tried to downgrade last month to free, and believe it auto-upgraded me back to bronze and i paid this month because of it. can you please look into this for me.

    Apologies for the inconvenient this caused to you. 

    I can see from our records that your account was set as scheduled to downgrade on Jan 9 and then you were charged for your subscription on Jan 25, your account is currently as scheduled to downgrade and I will also request this and a refund, please allow us some time to get it processed.
