We are getting the leads in with the form data and as like an HTML email?
The screen shot shows the first email it comes fine, then the next one all wonky.
Please help so we stop getting the wonky ones :)

I could replicate the issue at my end.
I cloned the form and tested submitting the form. The first autoresponder came fine by the next submission autoresponder came with html tags.
I deleted the existing autoresponder email and created a new one, but still the same results
I am forwarding the issue to developers for further review.
