Form details swapping locations

Hey Support,

On the Application stage 2 form, we're having a weird issue, there is a second where we ask the people filling out the info to give us 2 phone numbers for referees, now the problem is our staff have reported occasionally these 2 numbers like to swap input data.  What is the best way to resolve this? and stop it from happening

I have submitted your form and noticed the referee phone numbers are working fine in your form, I have checked the submissions page and the data is the same, in the same field that I submitted it originally. 

May we get the submissions where you noticed this issue? 

We will be glad to further investigate it and try to replicate the issue on our end.
