My Quantity Gift Registry is not working

    I don't know why this is happening, but my form is not counting down or stopping submissions. PLEASE HELP!!!

    I cloned your form and did some tests with the Gift Registry widget there. So far I am unable to replicate the issue. When I select an item and submit it, the quantity is reduced the next time I visit the form.

    I have cleared your form cache to refresh the form. Can you please update the widgets and see if the issue still persists on your form?

    Can you tell me how to update the widgets? I got an email message just as my form was sent out that I had reached my API limit. I did not have a lot of people (less than 100) respond to my form, is it possible that the widget stopped working?

    To make the widgets on your form https://www.jotform.us/form/70285076983163 updated, do this steps.

    #1 Click on the magic wand icon of the widget to open the configuration wizard.

    #2 Update the widget and Save

    #3 Save the form.
