Unable to submit form with "DocuSign" widget.

    Have completed my form but it wont submit it keeps saying that a field is required even after I click it

    what have I done wrong?

    Please take note that Docusign signing was required on your form https://www.jotform.com/70258393556868


    Full Name and Email must be validated first using Docusign before the form can be submitted.

    I reviewed your form but I could not find any other reason that prevents the form from being submitted.

    Can you clarify that the issue was not about the Docusign validation requirement. We will investigate more once we understand the problem.

    I put through my name and email - clicked the button and it would go to process and then say something is wrong and wouldn't go through? if you log on to the form and try it will do the same thing

    I did test your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. When I click on "Sign with DocuSign", it shows error message that something is wrong. Please check the screenshot below:


    Do you have a valid account with "DocuSign"?

    I did check your form and found that it is not connected to your "DocuSign" account and that is the reason why you see this error message. I would suggest you to please edit your form and authenticate your account within the widget. Please check the screenshot below:
