My form is for seo service and you suspended my account?

Hi,

We have a system which detects the phishing fields in Jotform and this system suspends the accounts and disables the forms if there are fields that include phishing. But in rare cases we can encounter with the suspends which are made by mistake. In such cases our users contact us.

I inspected your form and found that your form has been perceived as phishing which is titled as "Facebook likes and Twitter followers Order Form". Our phishing system thought that you are collecting some sensitive data like social media passwords etc. and because of this reason, it perceived this form as phishing. As a result, it suspended your account and disabled your forms. 

However, I translated your form and cannot find any phishing fields. So, I marked your form as not phishing and activated your account again. We're so sorry for the inconvenience issue.
