Do you mean you weren't able to access the form properly? I checked your form (https://form.jotformeu.com/70191742706354) and the form seems to be working fine. I was able to access the form properly.
Can you try again to access the form on your end and see if it is working now?

What specifically is not working with the form? I checked the form and it is working on my end as well. It loads without issue in each browser I tried.
