We've had your product for many years and have changed our email domain to .academy about 18 months ago. We haven't had any issues with this new domain address up until the last few weeks. We're reasonable heavy users with dozens of forms, but I've had a few users saying they are not getting emails anymore. After testing, I think that it's connected to our email addresses. These are now in the format firstname.lastname@example.org. Testing with a hotmail account in the recipients works, but can't get them to come through with our .academy addresses anymore. As I said, it's all been working fine, up until I think around the 17th January.
Any help or advice on this would be greatly appreciated as I'm now concerned that none of our form data is being sent to recipients.
