Hi, I am having a problem with a few of the fields on my forms not showing up on both the notification and the auto response emails. This hasn't happened to me in the past and doesn't make any sense. I made sure to go into the Notification and auto response settings to make sure that those fields are added but when I send myself a test email by going to my website and filling in the form, a few are still not showing up, and on one of them, the question shows up but not the answer.
For example, the notification will say Choose Shipping Method: but then the answer will not be showing.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Please try to remove the current notification/autoresponder setup and recreate it. Let us know if that sorts it.
