Not receiving submitted Enrollment Form

    I had 2 individuals who completed the Enrollment form today and it does not show on the Submissions tab or in my e-mails.  I've checked my spam folder as well.  

    What do you think went wrong, they both have Acrobat Reader installed on their system.

    Did your users filled your online form or have you created Fillable PDF form and they have filled and submitted your PDF form? 

    Latest submission of your Enrollment form is from 2017-01-26. 

    Considering that you mentioned that both of your users have Acrobat Reader, I assume that they have submitted Fillable PDF Form. Did they had internet access when they submitted your form? 

    Please note that Fillable PDF form can be filled offline, but you will need to have internet access to submit the form. Without internet connection data can not be sent to our servers.
