Will my standard form be considered one form if modified with several different headings?

These are job applications destined for different companies. They will be the  same application but several different company logos and names entered as we email application to clarify which job they are applying for.

In that case, create a form per each company. You can simply clone your original form, and change the logo on each cloned version accordingly: https://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account
