Is there a way to get the site visited forwarded to this site and stuff it into a field within my form?

Example - somewebsite.com goes to https://form.jotform.com/70304065229146 and within one of my selected fields (or just text) and have somewebsite.com sent to my email address with the form information instead of having my site visitor retyping in the name?

Not sure if this is what you mean, but if you want to know the webpage where your form was submitted from, you can use the Get Form Page URL: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url

Not really - example:     www.amati-usa.com (one of many) is forward to https://form.jotform.com/70304065229146  and open up my form.  I want to know the domain name, in this case www.amati-usa.com was forward to https://form.jotform.com/70304065229146 so I can plug that domain into my form.  Please see my form https://form.jotform.com/70304065229146 - I'm trying to sell some of my domains - but I don't want to site visitor to have to type in the domain name.  After they submit the form all the contact info and the domain name was forward to https://form.jotform.com/70304065229146 should be in the form.

    I hope that explains

What you can do is to forward to a specific prepopulated link from each site: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

For example, the link you should forward to from "www.amati-usa.com" should be https://form.jotform.com/70304065229146?domainName25=www.amati-usa.com

No, that is not possible, we do not have a feature that would automatically capture the URL of the site where the user was redirected to your form.
