    Account Emails: Daily 20 emails limit did not reset yet

    I sent out a survey yesterday to 20 people (over 4 separate submissions).  I then tried to send it again to the final 4 people & I got an error message saying "oops reached my limits" - I thought that I could only send up to 20 emails in an hour but this is now the next day & am still getting the error message

    Hi again, thank you for contacting us.

    Please note that the daily limit reset may have not yet triggered, and as a result you could either send the remaining ones from your own email address using the form URL, or wait longer for the daily limit to finally reset.

    Hi,

    I am still unable to send the final emails as it still says I have reached my limit so it appears to have not reset after 2 days?

    I have checked the email history for your account and found you have sent 8 emails so far, I can also see the message is still showing on your account. 

    I will forward this thread to our second level so our developers could help us to investigate the issue, we will let you know as soon as we get updates regarding this.
