Do I need subaccounts if I have several people who will be filling out forms on a regular basis?

I am looking at using jotform for reporting on services provided in my organization.  This would mean multiple people completing the form over and over, each time service is delivered.  I am unclear whether this requires sub accounts or whether they can just continue to access the form via e-mail or website, as often as they need to.

To my understanding you have some confusion about if you would need subaccounts for people whom would be filling in your forms often.

You only need subaccounts if you plan on sharing form(s) with them to allow them to view, edit, and modify the submission(s) and form(s) if enabled.

If they are just simply visiting the form and filling it in to submit to you through the form then no it's not really necessary.

Please take a look at  https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User to get a better understanding.
