Some people are not able to submit our JotForm.

We have 2 page form and several participants have not been able to get past the first page and submit their data. Any ideas about what may be preventing them from being able to submit info?

I have tested your form as well as a clone of it that I created (https://form.jotform.com/70305311207945) and both seem to be working properly.

The users that had issues may have their browsers set to block scripts or other types of data, resulting in compatibility issues with the form functions. Examples are ad-blocking related software/extensions, javascript disabling related software/extensions and so on.
