getting an *over quota* notice

    Hello

    We have an accout, in the name of Eric Kades, with you for Jot Form.

    Usually we have seen a monthly credit card charge.  Has this account expired?  Or?

    Please let me know if we need to renew.

    Nevermind my question, I guess I found your account (ekades).

    Our thid party payment processing service, Plimus, failed to charge your card last April after a number of attempts so the system gave up to prevent further problems.  Due to this reason, the account was downgraded to free.

    You can try subscribing again from this link for an upgrade.
