Why my form says over quota?

    Form says over quota.

    Please help with my two most current forms.

    The form says "over quota" because the account that is the owner of the form (Richlton) is overlimit with upload space. Please contact the owner of the account in order to activate the account and therefore the form. Since the limits on that form are coming from the account that is the owner.
