My link is saying over form is over quota - I just set up yesterday and I did receive submissions - today cannot receive

I have reviewed your account and found this message appears because you've already reached the allowed upload space in your form, since you're using a free account you're allowed to get 100 MB in uploads and you have currently 993.07 MB. 

This is due to the forms  in your trash folder, there're some submissions with uploaded files and if you need to get more free space then those submissions need to be deleted, otherwise you will need to upgrade your account.
