How do I access what's been submitted on the forms?

I don't see any tab or way to access what's been submitted on a form.

Also, for the free version, it says 100 submissions.  I've only had 14 and you've canceled me.

Is that 100/mo.? 100 total forever?  Pin down.

You may view your submissions from our site, from My Forms, click at the form you want to view submissions, then click Submissions button, as shown below:

Free users are alloted to receive 100 submissions per calendar month or to process 10 payments, your forms are disbled because have processed already 11 payments. You may consider to upgrade the account to a paid subscription. Otherwise, counter is reset every first day of the month.
