    Good afternoon,

We love and use Jot Forms a lot in our office, have for a little over two years.

Suddenly, the notifications that we set up to let us know a form has been filled out (on long time existing forms) are not coming through. The auto-respond message goes to the person filling out the form, but the notification isn't coming to the admin on any of our forms. I have put several pages on our website which hold forms in your URL box. Why aren't we getting them?

    Please help!

    Thank you, Tavia Ritter

    Hello,

I have checked the email address you have set up in form "Stationary Order Form", email are being sent successfully.

Please take a look at the email history, you will see that the emails are being sent. They might end up in spam / bulk / trash folders, which you would need to check your webmail account, as well as any email clients that you use since they all have their own folders and each of them could be sending them there.

    I hope this information helps.

    Regards.

Your recipient email was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

Check your spam folders, and mark as NOT SPAM any JotForm email. If the issue continues, we recommend you using your own SMTP settings for the sender email: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
